{Sunday Shoes}

The cold front this week has been unexpected (at least for those of us who do not watch the weather channel) and COLD. Yikes...did the Groundhog see is shadow?? I still never remember if that means winter or spring? Clearly we got winter.

So here is a little toast for warmer weather. May it come soon! You can at least be ready when it does get here by getting these sandals for less than $20!

Gameday Shoes!!

The big day is here! Superbowl XLVI...let's do this.

For the past few years I have picked one NFL team to support for the season, until I find the just right fit for me then I'll stick with one team for good. This year it was the Patriots. Go Pats!! The previous couple of years were not so exciting for the teams I was cheering for. But this year...I'll just say they have not disappointed.

With that being said, if I were lucky enough to be present for the game...I would be sporting these beauties! Probably with some leggings and an 83 jersey!

life happenings...BIG changes.

I've deeply missed {Sunday Shoes} as I am sure you have also missed them. But keep waiting just a little longer friends, because this weekend brings heaps of very exciting travels to be revealed soon!!

In regard to my last post...the big changes are NOT involving my dear best friend and her awesome fiance. They are still getting married in what will likely be the greatest event of 2012. SO excited!!! MAY 17, 2012...hurry up and get here!!!

food for thought & life happenings

one: Christmas is in 10 days. who saw that coming? not me and I am by no means ready for it, unless being very much ready to not work for a week counts.

two: this is the first year of life I have not had a Christmas break...it. is. sooo. lame. note: considering a new career that has Christmas breaks.

three: in 5 short months I get to see my dear friend from childhood get married!! so VERY excited for Ches & Doug!!

four: I understand why people hire others to clean their house. dear santa...I will take one please.

five: 12 years ago people stocked their pantries with canned beans and ramen noodles because they thought the world was going to end at the turn of the century. who do you think they thought would eat the food if it actually did end?

Seriously. The temptation has been killing me. I would truly love to add these to my shoe collection, who wouldn't. I've already thought of ten different outfits to wear them with. Cannot decide if they are more punk kid, rocker groupie, or biker chick...but for some reason I like them. I want them.

Dear Santa, will these fit in my stocking?

Oh. My. The wedding was perfect, the dress was beautiful, the bride...the groom...they looked pretty good too. But the SHOES! They were perfect. I love these, and if you are unsure what wedding I am referring to, shame on you, but really, you can still love the shoes too.

I was not shocked in the least to see that Manolo Blahnik would be the one to provide yet again another perfect wedding shoe for a movie, but I was in love with these at first sight. If you are tying the knot soon or just hopeful, know that this gem is available at Neiman Marcus for a small fee.
